Primordial Soup is an interactive playground I run jointly with Michael Vinogradov. Together under that umbrella, we make interactive demos, play with new technologies, and release apps and interactive installations. I designed the logo and layout for our current online presence, and manage our social media profiles. Links: Primordial Soup website | @APrimordialSoup | G+.

Design and planning for an interactive installation at the Interior Design Show 2012, for the Association of Chartered Industrial Designers of Ontario (ACIDO). Along with four members of ACIDO, I helped conceptualise this interactive installation as a way to promote ACIDO to the general public, while engaging visitors. You can read about the app design here. The installation was produced in conjunction with Michael Vinogradov (who also assembled the video posted here), under our umbrella company Primordial Soup. Images submitted by visitors at the show can be found on the ACIDO website.
This app was part of an interactive installation for the Association of Chartered Industrial Designers of Ontario at the Interior Design Show 2012. I designed the app, while Michael Vinogradov took it from design to finished product in Xcode, under our umbrella company Primordial Soup.
Toronto-based paint weaving artist Robert Davidovitz needed a website to promote his work and upcoming exhibitions. I designed the site for him, ensuring his work is displayed prominently. Michael Vinogradov coded the site in standards-based HTML/CSS, as well as the custom back-end CMS that allows Robert to update the site himself. The site was produced under Michael and I’s joint umbrella company, Primordial Soup.
This newly opened bulk order chocolate and gift baskets shop geared towards corporate events, and special occasions, serving the GTA, needed an online presence to help promote their products to the public. I designed the website and now manage their online presence and social media profiles. Michael Vinogradov coded the site into standards-based HTML/CSS, as well as the custom back-end CMS that will be expanded into an online store. This project was produced under our joint umbrella company, Primordial Soup. Links: ALittleChocolateMagic.com | Facebook | @ch0colatemagic.
Taking Action for Youth is an aboriginal youth AIDs awareness not-for-profit coming out of York University campus. The team approached me to redesign their website, fix up issues with their database and URL, and get them to a place where they could promote the organisation both to its members, and potential supporters. I designed the template, installed and customised WordPress for them and continue to manage some aspects of the site on an annual basis. You can see it live at TakingAction4Youth.org.
